A member can enter up to 5 photos at a club evening: 1 of the photos must be within the set subject category. See our Club info for the list of set subjects. The other 4 photos must be either Color , Monochrome or Altered Reality/Visual Art but no more than 3 entries are allowed per category.
The category "Altered Reality" will also include "Visual Art" photos
How to enter for our monthly club evenings
- This document will explain how to enter via our new EMMA system.
- This document is your entry form and must be mailed to us with your photos when you enter each month. Remember to rename this document to your name once you have saved it on your computer.
- Then simply mail your photos and entry form to entries@magaliesfotofunclub.co.za

necessary points.
When you enter a photo, the judges will award a point to it. These points will accumulate to help you to go to the next star level. In the process you will learn a lot and by the time you are a 5 star photographer, you will be able to compete with the best out there. Unless you come from another club (and can proof your star grading) you will start as a 1 star. This document will explain how the star grading works and what you will need to go to the next level.
