How many photos may you enter?

A member can enter up to 5 photos at a club evening:   1 of the photos must be within the set subject category. See our 2012 Dates for the list of set subjects. The other 4 photos must be either Color, Monochrome or Visual Art / Altered Reality but no more than 2 entries are allowed per category.

Salon entries

If you received acceptances at any salon, please complete this form and mail to entries@magaliesfotofunclub.co.za for us to allocate you with the necessary points.  Valuable PSSA definitions for salon categories.
 

Getting points to go to the next star level

When you enter a photo, the judges will award a point to it.  These points will accumulate to help you to go to the next star level.  In the process you will learn a lot and by the time you are a 5 star photographer, you will be able to compete with the best out there.  Unless you come from another club (and can proof your star grading) you will start as a 1 star.  This document will explain how the star grading works and what you will need to go to the next level.
 

Size does count !!
O yes, in photography size definitely counts and this document as well as this document will ensure that the photos you enter are the correct size.
